All brick lintels and windows were replaced on this large block of 18 units. Residents in the building stated the windows, sliding doors had no resistance to rain and 'rattled' during the winter periods.
Water constantly over-flowed the sliding door tracks and water ran between the top of the windows/sliding doors where the corroded brick lintels butted against causing damage to internal units.
