The Project was in desperate need to re-secure or replace loose bricks and repair the decayed timber windows to the entire building facade.

Resecuring the buildings façade was acheieved by installing Helifix ties. Helifix Ties are stainless steel threads, manufactured in designated lengths depending on the size of the existing cavity walls. These ties are installed which strengthens the buildings structure greater than the corroded or diminished cavity ties when first built 60years back.
