Broadway Building is a very well known heritage building in the eastern suburbs region. A building that showed style, elegance, a well known heritage was in need of helping it keep that memory alive.

The building consisted with retail on the lower street level and a 2 storey level of residential apartments above. Rectifying signs of general ageing, waterproof failure and keeping the heritage look was the task implemented on this project.
