Situated
next to Palm Lawn Cemetery and Memorial Park in
Chippendale, this building showed every sign possible
of water ingress.
Showers leaking down below into other apartments
and continuing throughout the building, balcony
repairs and sliding doors leading out onto balconies
indicated signs of water damage.
Individual units showed mould stains thru ceilings,
plasterboard detaching from timber trusses aswell
as doors and door jambs unable to shut.
