Spectacular front row view of Maroubra Beach, has its down falls after many years. Showing excessive corrosion all over the building block indicated remedial work is needed.

Salts from the water decayed the bricks and joints to the building as well as its brick ties. Roof tiles were decayed showing pitting and cracking on their surfaces, which were all replaced following all guttering and downpipes. Balconies were treated due to concrete cancer, resulting from heavy beatings from the salts and other corrosion inhibitors.
