Project: 152 Marine Parade, Maroubra

Scope of works:

The original six concrete balconies were completely demolished and replaced with structural steel frames coated with a new specialised coating system provided by International Protective Paint Coatings. The balconies have new glass balustrading, adjustable louvers for privacy between units and new sliding doors to withstand the heavy weathering from Maroubra Beach. Demolition to the internal units was also carried out on this project including removal of the magnasite flooring and concrete repairs within each unit.
