Sitting
on Maroubra Beach, any well built building after
40years needs 'tender loving care'.
Due to the age of the building the balconies were
in need of concrete cancer repair with an improved
balustrading system.
A new heavy duty waterproof membrane was used on
the balcony floor to encapsulate the exposed concrete
of the balcony from the salt contaminants coming
off the beach. A high profile paint was then applied
on the balcony soffits (underside) to seal and finish.
