Refurbishment

The external facade of older buildings can become dated and unattractive. External refurbishment can be undertaken as a standalone project (if no repairs are needed) or can be integrated into a project involving remedial repairs. This will provide a facelift for the building and increase its value.

Refurbishment can include rendering, window and door replacement, balustrade replacement, lintel replacement, concrete repairs and new paintwork.
