Structural Repairs

Structural elements of a building may be found to be unsound or inadequate in strength to support the load required. This may be a slab, a column, a beam or a supporting wall.

Strengthening of these elements needs to be undertaken to make the building safe; and in extreme cases whole sections may need to be demolished and replaced.
