Scope of works:
Structural cracking to the façade of the building has been repaired using Helibars and Helities. The building facades and all timber windows have been repainted.
Balconies on the top 2 floors have had tiles removed and have been re-waterproofed and re-tiled in order to rectify a failure in the waterproofing membrane. All balcony steel balustrades have been repainted. Our Coating Thickness Guage has been used to ensure the Dry Film Thickness is applied according to specifications and standards. Bathroom renovations have been carried out including repairing water penetration issues resulting from bathrooms waterproofing failures.
